Can you imagine what it would be like to be there with him, with Jamie, and hear songs come from him, from her . . . also having these blend with songs from fellow-walker of other cultures where nearly everybody sings unashamedly, enthusiastically, no matter what the voice. We, in the US, lost our ability to sing when we started pushing buttons for music. Sean is reteaching us.

That’s a song that is sung from the heart! God has placed your group together for a reason. Jamie sure looks happy in that store! We look so forward to this dispatch!

Enjoying your dispatches! I have to admit a serious amount of jealousy is rising up - maybe one day I will venture of this hike. For now, God speaks to my heart that my life and what I’m living right now is holy too. Finding Him in the every day of caregiving is my Camino de Santiago. Blessings!

Caregiving is sacred. Trust is God given. Thank you for sharing your faith by choosing to care for another. Remember to care for yourself too.

I, too, have felt a slight twinge of jealousy and envy.

Ah Sean ... you are really caught up in the spirit of the trail now, and forever changed. You'll never forget your new friends, nor will they forget you and Jamie. Sing to them "Happy trails to you, until we meet again. Happy trails to you. Keep smilin' until then ..." just like Roy and Dale.

Buen camino!

“We don’t need the words. We’re experiencing them right now.”

So true, Sean. We do this every day when living by faith. We encourage you, Jamie and your band of travelers that you complete your journey. And that you complete your mission with growth you can share by the way you live, love and write.

Thank you . I am truly enjoying this flow of your observations and insight.

God speed,

PJ

Tomorrow morning, say “Ohio go-zie-ee-mahs” to Taku. It’s just good morning in Japanese. Happy trails. Now there’s a song for the road!

Thank you for your daily dispatches! They have become part of my morning quiet devotional time and they take me back to my own walking of the Camino. ❤️

An amazing ending to today’s amazing post. You are ALL most certainly full of grace. You could be rubbing shoulders with a bank robber, a gun runner or a kidnapper but in this one moment in time you are all full of grace sharing a very special journey. Thank you for taking us along with you.
